10 Things You Never New About Narendra Modi

For those of us who have no clue as to who Narendra Modi is, shame on you. Yes, we live in Singapore, an independent nation thousands of miles from the largest democracy in the world, India. In fact, many people even think that Singapore is part of China.

The Indian community in Singapore is a unique  blend. We have a citizen base which would like to distance itself from India as much as possible,  with a strong expatriate community from India, who work and live here as well. One thing common between the Expat Indians and Singaporean Indians is that both groups are becoming increasing politically aware. They are silent but they are participating in their own ways.
