5 Things To Do This Weekend [15-17 Sept]

1. Seevagan

As a part of The Pentalogy Series, AK theatre Ltd presents SEEVAGAN based on Seevaga Sinthamani, one of The Five Great Epics of Tamil Literature. This is the second Production of the Series, after the Victorious Production of SILAMBU which is based on Silapathigaram which is one of the Five Epics of Tamil Literature too.

Seevaga Sinthamani was much appreciated by the Chola king who was its patron and was well received at his Chola court. It has been admired for its poetic form, appealing story-line, and theological message. The story concerns a hero who through his virtue rises to become king, only to renounce his high station and pursue a life of religious merit.

AK theatre will be presenting SEEVAGAN with the blend of Musical Theatre & Cinematic Theatre to bring the Epic into the Real World and give audience a Breath-taking & Remarkable Theatre Experience.
